Vehicle-Pro XL Gate - 20', 28' or 33' Arm

Vehicle Pro XL is the barrier of choice for lane widths from 20' up to 28 feet where an opening/closing time of 6.0 seconds guarantees a high throughput of vehicles. It is ideal for access control for factory or plant driveways and roads with a large lane-width for trucks and other wide-berth requirements.

Vehicle Pro XL is the barrier of choice for lane widths up to 33 feet where an slightly longer opening/closing time of 8.0 seconds still allows a high throughput of vehicles. This barrier is the solution for access control for factory or plant driveways, trucking lanes, and other applications where controlling an extra-large lane width is necessary.

Each barrier includes a barrier boom consisting of a boom profile with an approximate height of 4.75 inches and a width of 3.375 inches for lanes up to 20 feet wide. For lane widths greater than 20 feet, the boom is extended with a boom connector and the smaller VarioBoom profile is used. The complete barrier boom is equipped with a foam edge protection.

Each barrier package contains the barrier, a control unit, an integrated 2-channel loop detector module and the MicroBoom XL boom. The built-in control unit offers an immense range of functions that can be further enhanced by additional plug-in modules.

All standard barriers are delivered in white or orange housings with the doors in black-grey.

The modularly designed housing is made of extruded aluminum profiles and a base frame is made of stainless steel (both powder-coated) which offers outstanding protection against corrosion. 

The control unit is located directly underneath the top cover and can be accessed from all sides. Configuring the barrier is easily accomplished via the LCD’s intuitive user interface that can be navigated with just 4 push-buttons.

The drive unit is astonishing because of its small dimensions and also delivers a high torque with an extremely minimal power consumption. The high torque guarantees the best operation even under severe weather conditions (heavy winds, snow, etc.).

The motor, motor control and gearing are all combined in one compact drive unit.

The gate comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
